Welcome to Ponderosa Resort Puerto Galera. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.ponderosaresort.ph) and services. By accessing or booking through our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

• Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Taylor Lodge Inc.
  
  

• By visiting our site and/or booking a service, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
  
  

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once a booking is confirmed.
  
  

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• Free Cancellation Window: Bookings canceled 7 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may not be eligible for a refund.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your booking without prior notice, your payment is non-refundable.

• You may request to reschedule your booking up to 14 days before your scheduled stay, subject to availability. Only one date change is allowed, and it must be for the same room type and plan. If there are any changes to the room type or plan or season, the guest will be required to pay the price difference.
  
  

• Reschedule requests made less than 13 days before the scheduled date will incur a rebooking fee, or be treated as a late cancellation.
  
  

• Guests must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
  
  

• Any special requirements (dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, etc.) should be communicated in advance.
  
  

• Guests are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited experiences without refund.
  
  

• Taylor Lodge Inc is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your visit.
  
  

• Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
  
  

• All content, including text, images, logos, and design on this site, is the property of Ponderosa Resort Puerto Galera and may not be reproduced without permission.
  
  

• We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
  
  

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
