We understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for bookings made on Ponderosa Resort Puerto Galera (www.ponderosaresort.ph).
Free Cancellation Window: Bookings canceled 7 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your booking without prior notice, your payment is non-refundable.
You may request to reschedule your booking up to 14 days before your scheduled stay, subject to availability. Only one date change is allowed, and it must be for the same room type and plan. If there are any changes to the room type or plan or season, the guest will be required to pay the price difference.
Reschedule requests made less than 13 days before the scheduled date will incur a rebooking fee, or be treated as a late cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Credit card refunds can take longer.

Group or event bookings may have different cancellation terms. These will be communicated during the booking process.
Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
